Hello,
I am interested in learning technical analysis, can anyone suggest
me how start learning it?
Are there any schools/institutes running such courses in India?
What books can be used to learn Tech Analysis?

Two things are important while learning technical analysis - books & charts. You can read books to learn different technical analysis techniques but you need to look at many many charts....so many charts that you start getting that intuitive feel for price movements.

MOST IMPORTANT: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY SEMINARS/COURSES etc.

Books

The most recommended books are:

1. Technical Analysis Explained by Martin Pring
2. Trading for a living by Dr. Alexander Elder
3. Japanese CandleStick Charting Techniques by Steve Nison

Read the first book listed above while referencing charts and do this slowly taking time to understand. Then move on to the others if you want to explore more.
