Dear Friends,
I will be getting transferred to Pune by next month. Currently I am located at Chapra (Bihar) and my home based at Jamshedpur.
My office at Pune will be either in Boat Club Road or in F.C Road, so request you all to help me hunt a suitable 2BHK flat/house around (ideally within 7-10km), my budget will not be more than 10K including electricity bill, as I will have to infuse my whole HRA. It would be better if I dont go thru any broker, so Pune friends and guide me.....
Hope that, this hunt (Flat Hunt) will end here

Hi Friends,
Today I landed in Pune, rite now staying in Hotel Royal Deccan near Shambalji Park (near to woodland showroom), can anyone help me, shortlisting flats, house nearby. My office is near Furguson college.
