ICHARTS NOT WORKING

Hi there,

I m new user at icharts. Recently i have been provided a new computer in my office. Though icharts worked fine for first two days, now it is not running it simply shows "NO DATA AVAILABLE". I have tried all the browsers viz. IE, CHROME, OPERA, FIREFOX etc. It is not running on any of the above. Similarly i have followed all the instructions pertaining to JAVA 6 but of no avail.

Kindly help me out.

There could be many reasons for showing No Data Available. we would request you to connect to LIVE SUPPORT, it will be available at top right corner of premium page. You can even call our support team on number provided in contact us page.

I have done everything with respect to installing the compatible JAVA version and fed up now as it is not running on any of the browsers i.e. OPERA, MOZILLA FIREFOX, IE, CHROME. However, another site (xxxxxxxx), also using fncharts services is working absolutely fine on my computer and there is no problem.

Kindly tell me what can be the reason for showing 'NO DATA AVAILABLE'and how to sort it out.

You might have selected all data available in time frame setting window, please select any number in in the window.

Sir,

you are right that i m using EOD charts but my submission is that had there any problem in my PC it would not have been working anywhere. As i submitted earlier, it is working perfectly fine on another site. It worked on ichart also for 2-3 days but thereafter i dont know what wrong i did with my system or settings or what happened that it stopped working.

As u suggested me to all or to get connected at LIVESUPPORT, Whom should i call and will you help since i m not a paid member now? Confused
