Dear Psalm, The 89 dma for Nifty comes to around 4950,which could be a tough resistence

89-day EMA and SMA are almost around the same levels (around 4935)....Market might face some resistance around those levels. The market might come down again to 4780-4800 levels again. But the upmove wont stop there, I feel. Ultimately, we'll reach around 5100 within 10 to 15 trading sessions, I believe. But nobody knows what is going to happen. But in my opinion, possibility of reaching 5100 levels are very high.

NOTE: But Murty, never follow blindly, what others like me are saying. Because, it is YOU, who will have to make all the decisions. So, have a study regarding the overall market trend, and then go according to that plan. Thats the best possible way, I feel.

Regards,

Sam

Hi Ridinghood,

Good to see you again. As i have said earlier, i was a bit busy with some other things. By the way, I missed you people too.... Smile

I'm LONG in Ranbaxy now. I'll be adding my positions from here onwards till 445 if it goes there. Its a buy on dip stock now. I expect a target of 500 in a few days. But if 500 is taken, one cant rule out 555 levels. In the last few days, I have seen a lot of buildup in that stock. It tells me that the buildup wont be for a small move.

By the way, You can hold onto your HDIL call....The call is very much active now. Exit the position if the stock dives below 67. As, long as it is above this level, you can expect levels of 80 and 85.

Regards,

Sam

It was a typing error....I knew that you were askin abt hfcl... Smile

By the way, 10.75-11 is the support range for the stock....12.5 and 13.6 are the resistances....

Note: This is one of the most volatile counters....Its pretty risky to trade in these stocks.....

Regards

Sam

On friday, the stock HFCL closed at 13.6 Very Happy

Sam

May I request you for a study on PETRONET.Which was in an uptrend from past one and a half year or so.Now Indian Govt. gas pricing decision came as a fundamental blow on it.

My view on this is it may reach 100 or so in the next one year.( It's not a Technical view).

Hi Rk,

Petronet has been a Short-Term sell for the last few weeks. However, it is about to turn a bit more bearish now. In my opinion, the stock has not entered the bear market yet. However, it is on the verge of it. The stock has support around 140. I dont expect the stock to go below 140 levels easily as of now. Below 140, the next support is 120. However, I believe that there is every chance of this stock testing 110-107 range if goes below 140.

Regards,

Sam

Hi Murty,

Crompton Greaves is in a bear market now. However, it could test 172 levels before going down again. 149-150 levels could offer some minor resistance. At the same time, 125 will provide the support.

Note: There is not much difference between the targets you are anticipating and the targets mentioned by me. Smile

Sam

Yes...You are absolutely right. The stock could test 90-92 levels if 80 is broken. However, I see much lower levels, once the stock starts going down again, after hitting 92 levels.
