Dr Reddy's,

The stock has support around 1620. If gone below this level, the stock might witness more selling pressure. I believe one can buy this stock around 1620 with Stoploss below 1615 for a target of 1675. If the stock goes above 1675-1680 levels, you can expect further buying and hence higher levels.

NOTE: All the levels mentioned here are spot prices

The low made today was 1626......one can buy the stock if it comes around 1620.....with a Stoploss just below 1615 as mentioned above.

Regards

The stock has made a low of 1622 for the day and is trading around 1675 currently.....target is around 1675....if that level is broken, one can expect much bigger move...But always keep the Stoploss...

Regards...

Sam

Hi, your take on JET N DR.REDDY ROCKED..congrats.

Hi Murty,

Some calls will work...while some wont....but if you can cover the losses of 5 trades with a nice profitable trade, thats wat i'm after....i dont go for a trade where the risk reward is 1:1 or 1:2....I always prefer 1:4 or higher ratios....Glad to hear that you ppl appreciate my views....

Thnx and Regards

Sam

Yes...You are absolutely right. The stock could test 90-92 levels if 80 is broken. However, I see much lower levels, once the stock starts going down again, after hitting 92 levels.

Regards

GSPL at 81.20 now

Now the stock will have momentum on its side...I guess.... Very Happy

ICICI BANK: One can buy ICICI Bank 800 CALL in the range 25-30 with stoploss below 20 for targets of 50 and 65.

NOTE: Suppose somebody has bought it at 30 and if the stoploss gets triggered, then he/she will be losing only 10 rupees. However, please be aware that he/she will be losing 33% of the invested amount. It could be just 10 rupees, but in percentage terms, it is huge. So, be careful while trading with options.

One can buy the 800 calls in the range 17-19 with a stoploss below 15 for intraday target of 30 and positional target of 50 and 65....

NOTE: DISCARD THE EARLIER CALL TO BUY THE "800 CALL" IN THE RANGE 25-30....

hi....plasm

holding 800CE @ 19.5................how long I can wait............its for one or two day??...............pls advice

thanks

You can hold it for another day or two....anand....Banks will lead the next move in Nifty I believe.....I'm expecting ICICI Bank to hit 855 soon....so, nothing wrong in holding it, I guess....However, you can exit it if the stock option goes below 15

Regards,

Sam

Hi Anand,

ICICI Bank has support in the range 780-770. However, if you buy it in the morning and keeping a stoploss below 770 is not a worthy call....Buying around 770 with stoploss below 770 for a target of 800/810 wont be a bad idea. Another trade is buying around 780 in the morning with stoploss just below 780 for a target of 810. Only after the level 810 is taken out, you can think of higher targets.

However, it was not ideal the way the stock has behaved today. There were abundance of bullish sentiments. However, the stock found it hard to go up. It clearly shows profit booking and LONG unwinding. In my opinion, it is better to avoid this stock as of now. Its better to buy it only if it breaks 810 levels.

Regards,

Sam

Rashmi,

Yes, you can short ICICI Bank with a stoploss above 810. But at what price you'll be shorting it?....what will be your target?...all these things influence the decision. Suppose if you are shorting it around 790 for a target 770, then its not worth selling it, bcos you are risking 20 rupees for a gain of 20 rupees. In my opinion its not attractive at all. Even if to short it around 800 with 810 stoploss, for a target of 770, I'll not be comfortable. However, if you are comfortable with such trades, then you can go ahead with it....It depends on your risk profile....thats wat i wanted to mention....Above all, the trend of the market is not bearish (momentum is on the BUY-side as of now), though one can take a chance.....I feel that its a bit risky trade, thats y i have said all these things....ultimately, you are the one to decide.....

Regards,

Sam

The Low made today was around 771....if it comes there again, you can buy the stock or 780 CALL with stoploss below 770(spot) levels.....target could be 790-810....

First target is achieved for the VIP Industries call. If interested for the second target, one can modify the Stoploss to just below 95 now....

Dr Reddy is around 1665 now....at around 1675 it will face resistance...if broken with volume, you can expect a bigger move....else, book profit around that level....protect the profit first....Smile
