Hi, Whether BLUE STAR can be considered for buying?

Hi Murty,

BlueStar has been under selling pressure throughout last year. However, for the last few weeks, the stock is showing some base-building. If the stock can hold this base and move further, then one can think about buying this stock. The stock closed at 175.2 yesterday. 170 levels will provide support for any correction. However, the stock has to break above 181 for maintaining the momentum. Then the next resistance will come around 197. Breaking the 200 level will be the key for this stock in the longer run. If it happens, then one can expect levels of 215 and then 260.

Regards,

Sam

Hi Sunil,

Aban is just under very very strong resistances, its 200-day EMA and SMA now....The 200-day SMA is at 460 and 200-day EMA is at 462. The stock hasn't been able to break these levels in the last 20 months. One can sell this stock in the range 454-458 with stoploss above 462. One can look for a targets of 415 and 390. However, if 462 is broken on the upside, then levels of 480 and 495 can be expected.

Regards,

Sam

Rashmi,

When you are talking about PUTs, I'm assuming that you are talking about the FEB PUTs. If you can wait for 7 to 10 trading sessions, then there is nothing wrong in buying 1100 PUTs. The 1100 PUTs are pretty liquid too. It was trading at 27 yesterday. If the stock closes below 1140, then there is a chance of testing 1060 and then 995 levels.

Sam

ADITYA BIRLA NUVO:

The stock has had a good pullback rally, but now looks a bit exhausted. As long as the CLOSING is below 827 one can sell this stock. One can sell this stock in the range 832-840, if it comes there, with a stoploss just above 846 for targets of 780 and then 740.

Sam

Nothing wrong in selling that stock, Anand. But please note that its pretty difficult to put stoplosses on highly volatile days. Sometimes, it wont work. As long as welcorp closes below 120, there is nothing to worry. I dont expect it to cross 122 today. To be safe, always keep a stoploss. Keep a stoploss as mentioned earlier.

Sam

Educomp:

One can sell Educomp in the range 208-213 with stoploss above 215. I'll not be surprised if the stocks makes a new low in a few weeks. The levels to watch on the downside are 190 and 170.

EKC has resistance in the range 33.20-33.50...if that level is broken then there is chance of 35 or even 36.50......If 36.50 is broken, then the next level is then the stock could test the range 38.40-40.10 levels. But I doubt the stock hitting 40 levels because of the market conditions.

Regards,

Sam

EKC is trading around 36 now...UP by around 7%. The high made today is 36.1
