a) Peer comparison in BSE to see how company is doing in comparison with others same type
b) Comments from smart people in Bombay/ Ahmedabad about the company in moneycontrol
And you may make a lot of money OR at least avoid losing capital invested

Well, they own quite a substantial stake in many companies and have also been selling some of them in this qrtr..... booking profits..... NPL position is also improving and the govt. infused some 60 crs a couple of months back.... been reporting decent profits also.
And i am looking for trading in the f&o space only.... not intending to buy in cash. But i agree.... mgmt has been disappointing overall. I regularly make 1000 - 2000 bucks in the actively traded options, intraday, since the lot size is big and a 20-30 paise move is not uncommon.
Was looking for expiry targets.

| Tata elxsi and tata sponge are at ideal buy level I feel. SL daily close below 1060/648.50 resp.

This is not a tip or advice. Following scrips look good
cummins india, SL 900, target 1200
morarjee around 53-54, SL 48 target 100
maral overseas around 39-40 SL 35 target 60-70.
all targets in 1-2 months.

Cummins CMP 980
Morarjee textiles CMP 60
strong trending stocks and given recent breakout on volumes over multi period sideways flag formations........
maral.....more volatility.
wonder how to extract from the universe....

not following others but cummins high 1005 today

I bot @ 3800 at your reco*, fell roughly 1000 Rs and now back around 3200

Vinay: How about Amtek Auto: quoted in both NSE and BSE. Strong results, daily candles chart looks bullish, positive remarks from "man on the Dalal sadak" in moneycontrol ???
+ shift in focus from N50 to cheaper mid and low range stocks ???

BTW, keep buying manali petro from now onwards for all dips.
