Hi Manoj,
There is no IC stock code as such. They list stocks using NSE stock code
1 only stocks listed with NSE may be found in IC (not those only trading on BSE)
2 not all NSE stocks are found here. IC do not list illiquid, poorly traded stocks
3 only top 400-500 or so traded stocks are found on Premium and Platinum (these stocks have intra charts also)
4 please go to NSE website and find out NSE trading code of any stock you want to detect on IC, then
5 please check JCharts (EOD), here you will find all stocks that IC give EOD charts for
Still, if your stock is not found here, you may contact IC admin at email address given in "CONTACT US" and ask them to include that stock, giving reasons for your request like became popular, large volumes

PS You can get intra and yearly charts for all stocks in BSE website, Yahoo finance, Google finance, Sharekhan, moneycontrol, etc |

| Prakash, at least JCharts(EOD) can show scrips listed on BSE also. You have to enter BSE code in the cell above stock list column on the left and enter. If you want it to appear again next time you log in, you have to click "save" button at bottom left. |

Thanks Vinay. Didnt know that, useful info. Till now, I was going to BSE website and getting my chart there! But even here, I dont think IC can afford to give us chart for every BSE scrip as there many which are illiquid and poorly traded |

charts of even those which are poorly trade are available till their last day of trading. but then as you know chart reading is useless if it starts trading after a long gap. |

Timely warning in Eco Times (y'day?) about bubble forming in mid cap and dharavi stocks. Better to keep selling at peaks and wait for next innings!
