Hi, Educomp can give BO of AT above 230 for 250

It is possible, Murty. But I see a lot of resistances between 220 and 247. In my opinion, its an AVOID. At the same time, if it maintains above 222 levels, then 232/237/247 are possible. I'll avoid it for trading, because of the uncertainities, both technical and fundamental, surrounding the stock

Sam

Bombay Dyeing:

The stock is trading around 418 now. One can sell the stock around 424-427 with a Stoploss above 430 for targets of 395 and 380. I wont be surprised if the stock tests 350-330 range in a few weeks.

Sam

BGR Energy:

One can sell this stock in the range 235-237, if it comes there, with a Stoploss above 238.5 for targets of 215 and 195. Once gone below 230, the stock will be under more selling pressure.

Hi Sachin,

If you have sold AXIS BANK at around 1065, then its a very good level. Keep a stoploss just above 1070. However, the real resistance for the stock is around 1088-1100 range. 1045 is another important level for the stock. But the stock is below that level. So, overall, one can say that Axis Bank is pretty weak. If the stock goes below 1025, you can expect a target of around 980. I wont be surprised, if the stock tests 900 levels in a few weeks, provided the overall market goes down from here.

Regards,

Sam

Aban Offshore:

One can sell Aban Offshore in the range 456-461 with Stoploss above 465. The targets here are 435 and 400. I expect the stock to test 330 levels in a month or two. The stock is currently trading around 455.

JSW Steel:

One can sell JSW Steel in the range 702-711 with Stoploss above 715 for targets of 650 and 630. However, I see very very low levels for this stock in the future if the markets resumes its bearish trend. Also, I dont think the stock will close above 685 levels today. If 715 is broken, then the maximum the stock can go is 750. It will be pretty difficult for the stock to break 750 levels.

NOTE: When trading, Stoploss is very very important. Please remember that.

Sam

Have a look at Rcom Chart. It's showing no weakness .A marathon from 60.80 to 96.20....Remarkable.It made an intra low of 60.8 on 20th dec and not looked back from there except for a small retracement around 73 levels and a brief halt ( even no retracement )around 89-92.

I catched it from low reversal went long around 64 and made a journey along with it's up move till I stopped out around 71.Went short around 89 and stopped out... booked loss.... watching for a retracement signal.

Scrip still not displaying any significant weakness. In recent times I have not seen such a move in any counter.Where do you see the immediate resistance for it.From the Chart I can see a resistance around 100 .Curious to go short....looks ...yummy!

Your views on it please!

Hi RK,

You're absolutely right. Rcom is looking fabulous. I have looked at it a few times in the past for shorting, got it wrong most of the times. Its an AVOID as far as shorting is considered. In my opinion, its a Buy On Dips stock. You did well by going LONG from around 64 to 71. That's the way to play that stock, I feel. However, if one is adamant about shorting this stock, it can be done even now, with a Stoploss 96.5 on a closing basis. However, as you have mentioned in the post, its better to short it around 100. But again, placing a Stoploss will be another difficulty. Laughing A tight Stoploss might help.

Having said that, I see this stock hitting 114-115 soon, with a little stoppage around 105. One cant rule out levels of 150 as well. Another thing is that, most of the stocks are ripe for shorting now. We will get hell lot of opportunities, if the market goes down from here. I believe that the market will go down from here. May be from tomorrow, else, from Monday. Any close below 5143 will invite selling, I guess. However, if the market decides to go up from here, RCOM can be a good pick.

Regards,

Sam

RK....RCom is struggling a bit now....trading around 92 now...low made was around 91.5... Very Happy

One can buy this stock for a very short term. The buying range can be 96-97.2. The Stoploss here could be just below 95.5. One can expect the stock to test 105 in a day or two.

NOTE: Always remember to place the Stoploss. Get out of the position if the Stoploss is triggered.

Regards,

Sam

A buy has been triggered for the TATA Global Buy call....Dont forget to place the stoploss.....\
