HOW TO TRADE FOR INTRADAY WITH CALCULATED RISK

Quantity to be traded ---

1. Decide your risk capacity per stock.
2. Now check difference between Stop Loss & Entry level.
3. Divide Risk amount by the difference between SL & Entry.

For example - If you can take risk of loss of Rs.500.00 per stock and lets say, difference between Stop Loss & Entry Level, ( 119.00 - 117.00 = 2.00 ) so Divide 500 by 2.00. Its comes to 250.00

So you should trade in 250 shares only. So if Stop Loss hit, you will loose only 250 X 2.00 = 500.00.
