Vinst,

The OHL as per icharts is 5338.9, 5344.75, 5333.40. This gives very diff entry points. Are u getting the same OHL points.

one important thing i observed in this method.

suppose, trend is up,long tgt = 5390, long sl=5330,entry at or below5360

now, suppose sl hit,

then, if we immediately reverse the trade, i mean,

we, immediately SHORT at 5330, with 30 pts tgt and 30 pts sl,then chances of getting tgt is very high.

This month, 5 times sl hitted,if reverse trade taken as mentioned above, 4 times 30 pts made in reverse trade and 1 time 20 pt made in reverse trade.

Suggestions expected from Avinash, Vinst, Vinay,Maddy and others.

I feel, ideally, for an initial long trade, you would enter the low price or SL level (in your excel table) at which trade reversed and see fresh values of target and SL and act according to strategy's (avinash's) rule.

I strongly feel that Avinash's strategy has been extremely good..Now that it is not happening in the recent days does not mean that we should come with our greater ideas..

I am new to this forum and new to this subscription as well..

I have gone through the entire thread and found that this really is exceptionally good.

If everyone is so good in passing on their ideas, then the suggestion would be to come up with something new.

I have been short at @ 5350 since two days for a target of 5250. It hit in a spur of time.

As this issue has come up in mind today itself, just imagine the returns of getting into reversal after the SL being hit.

In any case, if you guys have any idea, come up with a new thread.. Let this thread be respected which I am sure has given you good profts.

ashwini, I don't trade every day and also not as per avinash's strategy but keep a track of it every day without fail as a compliment to what I do, if I trade. Smile

And you are right. I have found that it works well with a good success ratio. But, unlike others, I also keep track of any divergence given by chart data vis-a-vis odin data.
