Dear Member,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. For EOD, symbols like McDowells, Bajaj Auto etc, has hypen(-) in the code. For e.g. McDowell code will be MCDOWELL-N.

If you are not getting the EOD chart with hypen, I request you to once connect to our LIVE CHAT or call us and we will help you in resolving your issue.

Regards

Kamal

Could I request you to please update the scrip lists in Icharts. For instance, coffeday enterprises and max financial services, etc are not available on the charts.

Dear Member,

Please refer to iCharts Symbol List option for the latest scripts. Please note favorite is for users, which has to be modified by the user.

Regards

Kamal

Dear Kamal: In NOW and NEST there is auto fill when we are selecting a new stock to display, eg CEA becomes CEATLTD or KTK becomes KTKBANK

This facility should be there in ICharts also

Right now your JC Premium requires us to fill the exact and complete name eg KTKBANK to be accepted by the program. If we input KTKBAN or KTKBANKK then it is rejected

Please see what you can do about this?

Cheers, Prakash Holla

Dear Member,

In HCharts and Platinum, there is a similar option wherein you the name of the script is displayed as you type. In Java based, this is bit difficult to achieve.

Kamal

Dear Kamal: Thanks for prompt and complete reply.
With enthu staff like you, ST, Hemant, etc it is no wonder that IC is the # 1 stock site in India and among top few world wide!
It may interest you to know that I have completed 99 pairs of trades so far in FY 16-17 and ONLY 2 LOSS = Rs 80 + auction of stock I sold but didnt hold. This is primarily due to excellent charts and IC JC Premium levels and Forum posts of knowledgeable persons who are too numerous to name one by one
Thank you, Prakash Holla

Dear Member,

You Might be using new version of browser. Which does not support Java.

Recommended browser version are :

Maxthon : http://filehippo.com/download_maxthon/download/8d394a3bd1dd192cfcf5c6fb6b9fbf32/

Pale Moon : http://rm-eu.palemoon.org/release/palemoon-websetup.exe

Install Java by clicking on this link http://javadl.oracle.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=225353_090f390dda5b47b9b721c7dfaa008135

In case you wish to use Mozilla Firefox, please try the below instructions
1) Uninstall the existing version of Mozilla from your system
2) Download the required version of Mozilla from http://filehippo.com/download_firefox/63403/
3) After installation, please ensure you DISABLE the AUTOUPDATE of Mozilla browser version. Please follow the instructions given at https://www.technipages.com/enable-disable-automatic-updates-in-firefox
4) After installation, please clear your browser cache once, close the browser and you should be able to get the charts.
5) To clear browser cache, please follow the instructions given at https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic

Regards,
Hemant @ iCharts.
