Dear Members,

In case you are getting 'Error - Click for Details' OR 'Your security settings have been blocked.......',

We apologize for the inconvenience but the error is due to some Security setting of Java. Please go to Java Control Panel and disable the following

-> Select Installed Applications and Applets
-> Press Ok
-> Reload your browser page.

Please visit https://youtu.be/iWqqIiSjU1w for the video presentation of the above mentioned steps.

Both Chrome and Firefox are showing this error -

Java support must be enabled in order to display JCharts.
You can download Java from http://www.java.com

In the settings, running Javascript is allowed. Pls help.

Dear Member,

In Chrome, Java will not work. For charts to run in Mozilla, you need to ensure you have proper version of Java installed.

We request you to connect to LIVE CHAT after 9:15 or call our support numbers provided in Contact Us section and they will help you in resolving the issue.

Regards

Kamal

Folks, please use Maxthon or Firefox or Internet explorer (not Edge browser). You will also soon have access to HTML5 based charts, which will work in any browser. Please call our support number if you need help with this issue.

Thanks,
Team iCharts

Thank you, PT, ST and IC admin!
Since last 12 months+ no problem, as I listened to you and switched to Maxthon browser!
Even Java updates are very politely handled = install, later, ignore?
We can focus on trades and profits rather than JAMELA/ PAGALPAN of irritating updates etc? Prakash Holla

http://www.icharts.in/hcharts.html

sir this chart is nice but.. still more custmisations needed.. like the right edge is too far from center...

then donot know how to change moving average values..

further dropdown box of stocks is need like in jcharts.. it is extremely difficaukt to type every time to select a stock

further people should be given right to select the refresh time on therir own.. currently 3 seconds refresh tome for jacharts is good for scalpers.. but for swing traders who use mobile it will cause a huge data drain..

also provide a run time module for stock alert which shall be running on client side.. with good customization setting..

Dear Member,

Apologies for delayed reply. We agree that some more customization are required and the team is already working on it continuously to enhance it more.

To change moving average values, click on the EMA display name on the top left corner of the chart and you will able to change the EMA value.

In these charts, instead of dropdown, you can type few alphabets and it will automatically display the list of names.

For Auto Refresh, we will try to provide the facility so that user can stop the data refresh as possible in JCharts

Alert and Scanner will be available, but mostly for desktop and tablet version. For mobile version, we found it takes too much time to scan depending on the type of internet connection. We are still trying to fine tune things.

We will be adding more features and testing it to make it more stable. Once the real time version is ready, we will let the users know.

In case of any further queries, you can also connect to LIVE CHAT or directly call our support team.

Regards

Kamal

Dear Member,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. For EOD, symbols like McDowells, Bajaj Auto etc, has hypen(-) in the code. For e.g. McDowell code will be MCDOWELL-N.

If you are not getting the EOD chart with hypen, I request you to once connect to our LIVE CHAT or call us and we will help you in resolving your issue.

Regards

Kamal
