I've been getting this weird error off late. I think I'm in JRE version Update 25. Can someone please help?
I tried IE and Chrome but no help.

Dear Member,
Please update to java's latest version i.e. Version 7 Update 45 if your browser is giving issues with the update.
FYI: Please note that these a browser and java compatibility issues. These will also occur in future whenever there is version update by java and your browser will ask for it.
The only solution we could find for this is use MAXTHON browser with 6th version and they will not ask for update.

hemant,thanks for your response and for your information i am using maxthon but since i have very little knowledge in computer so i can't do that alone and it is better for me to take live support tomorrow to solve the issue.buffet71

We have been supporting it always. But we recommended an earlier version due to superior performance. That should not be an issue any more with version 7.

The current JCharts java applet is fully digitally signed applet. If you are using the latest 7.0.45 version of Java you should not get this message. Also make sure you do not have any old versions of java installed on your PC.
