Dear Members,
Since today Morning i.e. 15th April 2015, lot of members are facing problem while accessing the java charts in Google Chrome.
The latest release of the Chrome web browser, version 42, is blocking Java plugin by default as well as other extensions that use the deprecated NPAPI.
Please do the following to enable java:
->Please type chrome://flags/#enable-npapi in Chrome's address bar and press enter.
->You will find heading called Enable NPAPI Mac, Windows, please click on "Enable" link.
->After enabling, please click on "Relaunch Now" button and then login again to iCharts.

| In addition to chrome, jcharts is not loading on edge browser also. I know it works on mathon & firefox but I guess you need to let us know how to make it work on edge because its going to be the preLoaded browser on windows. |

AS PER SUGGESTION AND RECO OF ICHARTS TEAM ONE YEAR AGO, I SWITCHED TO MAXTHON BROWSER. I AM IN SEVENTH HEAVEN. EVEN JAVA UPDATES ARE DEALT WITH QUIETLY, WITH A GENTLEMANLY POP UP ASKING WHETHER I WANT TO UPDATE, IGNORE OR LATER

Dear Member,
EDGE does not support Plugins. Similar each browser has a similar version which does not support Plugins. For e.g. Java will work in Maxthon but will not work in Maxthon Nitro. Similarly it will work in IE but will not work in EDGE.
Please use IE, Mozilla or Maxthon for viewing the charts

What happens if it doesnt work on Maxthon tomorrow? They are surely not likely to retain it for very long for the same reasons that Chrome doesnt have it now. I have been using Maxthon for Jcharts and its perfect for now for various reasons. Firefox is not ideal for various reasons. Is there an alternative in the pipeline?

Dear Member,
We have rolled out beta version for charts which does not require any plugin, which are based on HTML 5. Which can be loaded on latest browsers(Egde, Chrome, Maxthon Firefox Etc..)
