Hi ST, the jchat doesnt open in my office.
i have just JVM installed for my browser, and there is no way i can change the settings, coz i dun have admin rights.
i am sure there are a lot of others who would be facing such problem.
howevr icharts live opens in the same browser.
is there any short term or longterm possibility of any solution?

JChat requires Sun JVM installed & enabled in your browser. This is the minimum requirement to use JChat. If you cannot install/enable Sun JVM then there is nothing I can do about it.

Yes, there are few other who have had this same problem but we cannot help with that.

We do not have any plans to introduce any other type of chat system. Any web based chat system is extremely inefficient & unreliable. So we do not want to go there, we have tested many web chat softwares and have decided not to use it in the future.
