ST / PT

I hope you still remeber once I told you, whenever, new message is received in the Shout Box my whole chart/screen gets shaken and I have to reset the chart area / screen area so that I could see what I want to see, more the messages greater is the problem, it's like getting hiccups.

Today, after many day I had written a post, there also I got the similar kind of problem, that is until the box area I could write smoothly once I reached the lower end of the box and it had to be scrolled down every time it jumped and cursor came up into the text area and am unable to write below the box area.

Is it becuase of the Windows 7, I have recently upgraded to this new version, because every time I login into Icharts it shows incompatibility issue. Please Suggest some soution. I have written this text without hitting enter at the end of the paragraph. Only edited later to make it readable.

Hope I have made my self clear.

Hi ST/PT Sirs

Same problem as shekhar described below. Whole page shifts to left side whenever a message comes in SB. I use windows XP . But in my case daily chart remains stable but 10/15 min TF shifts on every message.
Please suggest a solution as I have to maximise charts and use alt-tab to read SB messages. Although no problems in posting here Confused Confused

Hi Shekar/Gaurav,

There is no issue with Windows 7 / XP or IE/Firefox/Chrome. We run all these variations. It is really difficult to say what could be the issue.

Can you pleae send us a screenshot, so that we can look at it further.

Regards,

shekharinvest,

Last time you had informed me about this issue, I had searched for a solution for this issue on the net but did not find anything. This problem is due to some settings on your PC (browser related). Since we cannot duplicate this problem and also have not found anything on the net (even Microsoft website) we can't suggest you anything on this.

If I find anything in the future, I will post it here.

ST / PT/ Diwakar

Thnx for response.

Yes, I agree their is something with settings which needs to be tweaked. Hence, posted if some one could find that out.

PT there is nothing in the screenshot to be posted. Suppose, I am vewing something at the lower end of the page and a message appears in the SB page just gets scrolled to the top, no distoration etc. on the page appears. I again scroll down the page and in the meanwhile a new message comes, the moment I release the mouse button it again move back to the top. that's it. And if I am veiwing the top of the page their is a flicker one can notice with every new message.

You will agree, that to veiw the chart with couple of indicators on, page / screen area has to be adjusted somewhere in the middle of the page, so it becomes quite difficult to view them with newer messages coming in.

One can live without Post Box but to be far from Shout box would be a great pain ! Very Happy

Will post more later-on, when I will join you again in couple of days.

Happy Trading !

ST/PT/Diwakar

Thanks for prompt reply. I have re-installed browsers. And will switch from IE to Chrome. Fingers crossed that problem does not re-occur again
