| The stock is holding a strong resistance at 1256.70 and a support one is at 1224, if anyone is breached first then we can see 5-7 percent move in any one of the direction.

| I would recommend a SELL call on L&T for this week. Sell L&T at CMP (1240-45) for the target of 1150, and stop loss of 1269.

| Now, after knowing about this great news, I would recommend to sell either 1250 calls for this month or add more puts for this week. This stock is going down in this unexepted and highly volatile market.

Yes, it might go further to the target only if it crosses 1263. But looking at the current scenario, where market and the stock both are standing at overbought area, it is highly difficult to achieve that target. Downside can be looked from here on until something unexceptional happens
