6232 it got triggered.. covered 1 lot @ 6222

| sir how to take decision when to cover 10 points or 20 points in crude ..i know its based on ATR bt how?

It depends on mainly on when i take the trade, if i get it evening when we have more volatility i go for high figure and when get trade during morning and afternoon session i go for lower figure

| crude whipped after giving decent gain..now i bought 2 lots @ 6272 and covered 1 lot @ 6282...

Dear rohan,
I have a doubt that suppose a signal candle comes today in the evening for buy but it was not breached today to take a buy. next day it opened flat and is going above but todays signal candle is not breached. so should we consider the signal candle as todays candle which i got in the evening or the next days opening candle as signal.

Just for an example if check, we got a signal here but did not get any confirmation.
2 things you can do , either close position near day end and wait for entry next day(if not much in profit or in loss) or hold your position(if in good profit we can carry), now for entry i would wait for low to be broken, which ever is lower either signal or next day's first candle.
