I am trading this from last 3 years-- every month

Setup is following

when diff in Zinc and Lead is 2.50 Rs

Short Zinc and buy Lead

average ur trade if diff is low say 1 Rs-- or it goes negative-- means Zinc rate is higher then lead.. and hold

Book position when Diff is 5 Rs-- to 8 Rs-- gradually

if u have to roll over-- do it

When Diff is Zinc and Lead is 8 Rs

Buy Zinc and short Lead

Add more in higher Diff --- u will be lucky if u see Rs 12 Diff

Book position when Diff is Rs 4 or low

rade it as much time u get to trade

Hassel free , no tention

Historically Diff went down to Negative Rs 2

nad in positive side Rs 20---

But hold ur breath and wait for gains

Short Zinc mini at 102.60--- Buy Lead mini at 105.10--- Diff 2.5 Rs

Same way add more when Diff is Rs 1 and negative 1-- and wait

we need to find the difference only ...Not to see whether zinc high or lead high like that .


For example today afternoon...U shorted Zinc @ 102.60 and buy Lead @105.10

If Zinc rate went to 104 and lead @105.10 then we need to add one more lot in both

If Zinc @102.60 and lead 103.60 then we need to add one more lot in both.


Am I right??

yes what ever rate-- no problem

Just see the diff between zinc n lead

we shorted at 2.50-- if its 1 then again short zinc and buy lead--

if rate of zinc is higher then lead by 1 rs-- repete again

n wait

If the rate of the lead is higher than zinc

Then we need to do one more trade

Or

if rate of zinc is higher then lead by 1 rs

dont see there rates-- see diff between them--

Zinc lower-- Lead higher

now diff 2.5

one lot

at diff 1 -- one more lot

when lead is cheaper then zinc 1 Rs -- 3d lot

spread made at 2.50--- went to 3 plus-- holding still-- its in gain

Lead and Zinc --spread made at 2.50 diff-- its 5 point diff now

gain of 2.5 Points--which is Rs 12500 per Lot

in mini lot its Rs 2500

Booked at 5 Point Diff

More i will add at 7--9--12 point diff
