Attached please find Nifty-15TF chart.
If earlier high & A were below B then USP would have been 5083.20 (and not 5083.70). Because in that case B would have been earlier high and 5083.20 would have been lowest point between earlier high and new high.
Pivot is lowest point between earlier high and new high as such it is 5062.35 and not 5083.20.
Hope I have not confused you.

Now if i'm asked to point pivot even in midnight sleep, i will not go WRONG. 
Actually Spec sir, clearly mentioned the same in thread, but still i'm making mistakes.
