Hi folks,
Live Charts is not refreshing for me as mentioned. The status remains:

and no update happens. Is it intentional or some technical problem?

It is intentional, we have disabled because "Live Charts" are very resource intensive and our servers were not able to handle the demand for it. JCharts is much more efficient (especially for fast data updates). We will still provide Live charts as part of paid service but the auto-refresh will be something like every 10 secs instead of the proposed 1-2 secs for JCharts.
