DEAR SIR
IF LOG IN TO FLASH CHAT
USER ID AND PASSWORD ASKING DIALOG BOX IS OPENING
IF I ENTER BOTH IAM GETTING REPLY THAT " YOU ARE ALREADY IN CHAT ROOM" BUT CHAT APPLET IS NOT OPENED
HOW CAN I RECTIFY THIS SIR |

Raj,
This weekend we were experimenting ways to make the chat more reliable. You might probably have tried to login when we were doing the testing. Please try now, it should be okay.
If you encounter this problem again, please email support@icharts.in and we will fix the problem. This problem is due to you closing the chat window but your session staying active on our side. The session timeout is 15 mins, so once you close the chat window (without logout) you won't be able to login for 15 mins. We are trying to see how this can be fixed.
