Kolte Patil should moveup now.. adx already abv 25 , and it is in pull back mode near 50 sma. Other conditions RSI/MACD/emas also satisfy..

You are picking the stocks where MACD crossing Zero from below and RSI above 60.. High probable trade setup is taking ADX into consideration.. When it moves above 25, then momentum to your buy signal will accelerate.
Very Importantly, first you have to decide about the trend of market by using 50,200 crossover in Daily chart. If crossover is in buy mode and when market corrects and then begin to moveup again, the above setup can have high probable trades.
In Bull market, when 50, 200 crossover is in buy, the instrument tend to pullback to 50 average and thats the place you need to watch the above setup to takeup trades.
Today, thats the reason I told you about Tata Sponge in SB, just don't look at MACD and RSI alone as averages are not in perfect buy mode.. So too ONGC..
Trust this helps you.. |
Thanks a lot sir.. Yes it has definitely given lot of clarity now . In fact till now, I was not aware of 50/200 concept in this setup... Hopefully, now we can identify some good setups.. I request you sir , if you can post 1 or 2 live setup so that we can consolidate our understanding..
Thanks again..
Regards,
Sumesh

============
Dear RR sir, please find enclosed a case study for us. Upside 50/200 crossover done during June'14. Since then it travelled 360 to 420 , Now again it has retraced and price fell below 50 ma. Here 50 has actually just crossed 200 on downside, but prices are still not trading below both MAs. The questions are:
1.) Should our bias still be bullish ?
2.) If Bullish then when should we take long ?
3.) RSI below 60, ADX below 25, MACD abv zero line but with falling histograms. What should be read with these indicators readings ? Should we wait till RSI goes abv 60 & ADX above 25 for initiating long ?
4.) What should be SL ? I guess it is recent (low 356.5), if it doesn't make any further low.
Sir, these are very essential for us to understand the system in a better way. Kindly help.
Regards,
