i am now introducing my new method which i have been using for quite sometime very successfully.this is the failed breakout method.
you might have noticed that 60% of the breakouts fail.so we use this failure as our success.when the market is bullish the success rate of +ve breakout is high and vice versa.these days market is in bearish phase so we are choosing the + breakouts as there failure rate is high.
we place a sell order at the breakout point, and a stop at the recent high of the same breakout.
target is the low of the same range of which we were considering the breakout.

Hi Ajit.,
Very nice to find that u made huge profits.And an excellent system without having to look the charts.
Did u consider the reversal after reaching the high?.
May be after making money in Long, we can make money by shorting at that point also.

gents,
It looks great. when you read.
when you do it, you need to take lot of precautions.

1. If you use a sharekhan trading site to trade,their server can fail and you may end up not able to square off short sell positions and sharekhan will finish you by charging whooping 90000 because you short sold acc at 900.You end up with auction.
2.If you dont have a ups, poWer fails, you go to hell without sinning.
3.If you forget to feed stoploss and have a server failure, the broker will blame it on you.
4.Do it if you have to. with a broker that has auto square off facility,like indiabulls.
5.daytrading is standing on top a wall of a deep well.you never know when you will fall in and sink to death.The wall isa too old and in dilapidated state.

Go for swing trading., long term trading on high growth stocks.
Follow JIM BERG VOLATILITY STOP FORMULA AND USE AMI BROKER SOFTWARE.

bY the way we too have a ready software that tracks 10 stocks and tells you which ones are zooming up and which quialify for short selling.

I am out of market for a long time. I am trying to come back. I traded in a crude way. I incure few good points from your message. Its very important to strictly stick to a plan and execute. Dont try too manythings at a time. Stop losses are most important, even if u loose money.

Thanks for sharing your method and happy to note selfless people in forums.

nevetheless, I would like give a word of caution if you do not mind.

Some how making CRORES appears to be a EXAGGERATED statement.

You have told that You will make 5 thousand consistantly and also made loosing streaks sometimes.

Assuming you made profit of 5000/- rupees on every trading day, it would have taken NOT less than 5 and 1/2 years for anyone to make a CRORE.

While I appreciate your quality of sharing your method, I would also like to advise you NOT to use exaggerated figures in topic, it is somhow looks too Cheap for a Gentleman.

Hope you will take this in good spirit .

Dear Vetrivel Sir,

It is hard to find someone sharing his strategy .

May be his title will be a little exaggerating but its a good effort.

Its upto an investor whether he should follow that strategy or not..

Assuming that if u consider something called " compound interest "
it wont take 5 1/2 years to get to that ..if u win a little consistent.

Please dont call it cheap and all as it surely looks like a little offensive.
