The Prediction is purely Based on Lower low and higher low formation.
1.In 2008 when its higher low was beached it crashed from 4500 to 2300(Marked as one)
2.In 2011 for the same pattern 5700 to 4550(Marked as 2)
3.And in earlier in 2013 the same pattern (Marked as 4) and not behaved like 1 and 2.(We can see the pattern was not that much clear when compared to 1 , 2 and 3 as well).
4. And now the same thing happened marked as 3.If the weakness continuous for 1 more week the nifty will free-fall to minimum 5000 even to 4000.
As of now SL can be placed at the previous high of 6100 which is not having reasonable risk reward ratio. So use some other system and sell on each and every rise with reasonable SL.

Dear Rajmohn V sir,please see the charts of dredging corp on weekly and monthly basis.Has it broken the trendline to move up.I think volumes too are on the higher side.

yeh, it's in the same league as STCIndia, Balmer Lawrie, NMDC, HindCopper... they used to rally side by side hitting upper circuits on news of divestments.
