The Index heavy weights are fantastically placed in weekly chart and they will push the Nifty to higher levels going forward. One should be careful in shorts and particularly after 2 PM every day till closing bell for the next few days or weeks. Going forward, ACC / Bharti Airtel / HDFC / HDFC Bank / ICICI / L & T / Reliance / Steel and ADAG stocks will all try to move upside in the last one and half hours of trading everyday, inorder to maintain momentum in those stocks.

Today market may close flat and probably could make Doji. Today, don't carry any overnight longs as market is expected to correct sharply tomorrow.

Sir,

I read ur views on market everyday. I think you are the best . As you suggested in todays review not to carry longs. As ur suggestion back in mind, i went short in bhartiartl. but as u know it has gone up. Do u think that this rally will continue and i will not get my rate again? you told in 3rd nov review that not to go short in bharti for next fewdays. If you get some time. Please suggest me what to do.
I have 1 lot short of bhartiartl at 692 today. Please suggest me whether to cover it in loss or should i wait. what is ur suggestion.

It was a much expected correction yesterday and market has come down sharply and Nifty Future has closed at 2991.65. Nifty future has made perfect key negative reversal and infact many front line stocks have done the same reversal pattern. This reversal bar should logically take the Nifty future to 2770 level, and in this process of correction, it should not close below 2625. If it closes below 2625, the very rally on the upside will get aborted and bears will once again rule the market.

Negative Reversal as on 06.10.2008

TGts you can arrive by plugging the high and SL in Fibonacci calculator.

Thank you for posting this file. How do you calculate NR levels? Y/day someone in SB was referring that NF has hit RR's PKNR level? whats PKNR level?

Nifty Future opened with huge gap down and pulledback to the closing price and finally at the closing hours, gave up all gains and settled at 2887.90. If the uptrend needs to be continued, then Nifty should negate the negative reversal made on 05.11.2008.

Nifty Future range for the day : 2765 - 2950

NF should not break 2749 and trade below that for more than 30 minutes.
