For some days, I would like to adopt sell on rise policy in Nfty and BN , if last 2 wks high is not violated on upper side.

...For my long term portfolio on Buy and Forget basis , following stocks look good - if corrects to following buy lvls for 40% plus returns in next 2 yrs :

1) Maruti cp=6756 , Buy lvl 4500 plus/minus.

2) EicherMot cp=21625,
Buy lvl 14500

3) HeroMoto cp= 2712 , Buy lvl 1800

4) TCS cp= 1929 , Buy lvl 1400 .

5) RIL cp= 1148, Buy lvl 800 .

6) KotakBank cp= 1178 , Buy lvl 800 .

7) HDFCbank cp= 1974 , Buy lvl 1100 .

Nfty and BN *Sell on Rise* policy worked perfectly today morning. May try again same policy at higher lvl, with proper SL.

If support around 318 remains intact, then 332 plus posible.

Nfty around 10105** . Booked all shorts in Nfty and BN.

BN last cl 24972 .

For bulls 10350 to 10400 and 25500 to 26000 are attractive zones for coming days. ...

If BN reverses up, BN 01Nov18 expiry 25700CE is just around 40.

* 1 Yr wkly chart Atached *

Nfty last cl 10030.
. On wkly charts in last 12mnths , Nov-Dec2017 low was around 10000 , then again Mar-Apr17 low around 10000 and now yet again Dec18-Jan19 posible low may be around 10000.
History repeats itself !

.... So if market has factored-in all negatives like global trade war, Fed rate hikes, recession, high crude, INR depriciation, 2018 state and 2019 union elections, bank NPAs , negative corporate results, global warming, psunamis and natural disasters, posible wars and attacks etc etc ,
... *THEN ONLY* the broad Nfty range for some wks should be at LBBand 9888* to MBBand at 10456** plus/minus 65 pts. . If this does not happens :
.. *ELSE* again dnward momentum towards 9700 , 9500 , 9233 with approx 200 pts small bounces in-btwn.

.. If 9465 breaks then ultimate sup is around 9200 plus/ minus 30 pts, from where a posible Nfty journey towards 12333 may start !

...By the way, last 3 mnts Nfty returns are minus 10 % , but last 1 yr returns are only minus 1 % ... not much change on yrly basis for an INVESTOR !

... I have lots of NftyBEES baught around avg 370 and BankBEES at avg 1135 - a 2008 purchase. Power of compounding !

1) 10710* to 10005 in 7 sessions
2) 10005 to 10587 till now in 5 session
... with posiblity towards resi at recent high 10710* and 10841 prv gap. After resi lvls , un-chartered moves upside posible

Low risk option strategy , I adopt sometime by Option Buying only :

I wanted to buy L&T puts as I was expecting some correction before price goes up. .

.. 1) On 29Oct I baught LT 1160 PEs at 12.70 .

.. But since I wanted to protect the capital , in case of some surprise up-swing in the market :
2) On 29Oct I also baught low priced LT 1400 CEs at 2.70

.. So my L&T PE - CE total combo cost was 15.55*. Later on 01st Nov , I managed to sell 1400 CEs at 28.35** ( high was around 33 ) . Profit of 12.80*** per lot ( 28.35 minus 15.55 ) .

So 12.80 into 375 lotsize equals 4800 profit per lot. .

.... I am still holding LT 1160 PEs curPrice is 2 , which is completely free-of-cost. If by chance, this option price appriciates to 5 / 10 / 15, that may be a Bonus on my trade.

.. Same method , I applied to Titan options , and got good profits. Still holding Titan PEs free-of-cost.

Note : This strategy does not involve Option Selling , which involves large margin and high risk , so is safe and low cost for a common retail investor.
.. Best suited in the early days of a new series , as premium erosion in options is less.

upside is capped btw 14 to 16 and lower side btw 8 to 10 , with dnward slopping trajectory and swinging around central blue line.

.. Unless 22.40 to 25.70 is not crossed convingsingly , not much hope.

Tijaria curPrice 25.50 .

. Made high of 25.50 in this week.
Booked full profit at 23 2 days back... approx 125 % profit in 3 mnths.
Not bad !

But exited Refex without much profit.
