milan,
it can show u only 100 days data.
first of all
1. open www.nseindia.com/index.htm
2. put your mouse on equity (dont click) (second option below nse symbol)
3. in drop down menu select historical data
4. select securitie - wise data
5. write yes bank in the space below symbol
6. select "eq" in series
7. in from date write down 03-01-2011 and in to date write 15-06-2012
8. click on get result
9. you will get data up to 27-05-2011
10. copy this and paste it to excel sheet
11. for next 100 days data write 28-05-2011 in from date and to date will be remain same.
12. you will get data up to 28-11-2011 paste it
13 like this get all the data up to 15/06/2012

so we have 364 days data in total
in excel work sheet only three columns A B C those are high,low,and close.
is it done milan ?

i asked to get data from nseindia.com, not from yahoo.com
reason is in nse site data are from 03-01-2011 to 15-06-2012
and from yahoo site data are from 15-06-2012 to 03-01-2011
we need latest rates in last row

This xls sheet exported from trading system and datas are downloaded from Bhav copy of NSE. Please note, datas in sheet pertains to F & O and not Spot.

Dear akxsat,
make sure in excel sheet a1 is high b1 is low and c1 is close (headings HIGH LOW CLOSE should also be deleted in each copy and pasted details )
is it done ?

Hello Chirag,
The data can be sorted with the oldest date first.
Here are the steps:
Select the 1st column-(Column A)
right click and select the option to "format cells"
Select the date format
Under date select the 7th format type: ("14-Mar-01")
Press OK.
Select Column A again.
Apply filter and then sort it from "oldest to newest."
