Fear and Greed ... is what market is all about ! Be greedy when people are fearful and be fearful when people are greedy .

The kind of news you mention is sometimes used to 'shake the weaker hands'
and acquire stocks at lower prices. This is called 'Ru -Ru' ie first a little Ru-Ru and then the market takes direction.

If it makes one nervous , the positions should be reduced to one's comfort level and keep stop-losses so that your portfolio is not dented out of shape.
You may even want to walk away from your terminal and relax with some other activity.

Thats why experts are smiling while rest are going thru the Ru-Ru.

The 5555 zone is the razor's edge or the line of role reversal and is normally a battle point of the bulls and the bears. Enjoy the battle ! Trading should be fun ...... not a stressful job.
