1.regular short 9.40 bar after 9.20 low was broke @ 4970 booked @ 4935 in 10.40 bar = profit 35 points
2. reversal long 11.55 bar 4949.. booked profit 12.45 bar @ 4978= profit 29 points

total profit = 64 points ..

Shocked

even i hav started making profits.. tnx st sir.

STsir can we enter in long trade before wma crssing over sma in HTF, where wma crossed over sma in LTF? I request you to clarify my doubt.

the trading setup worked nicely today. no whpsaws for my trades in banknifty thanks for great set up.
What are the default settings of bb in jcharts- rt plus-premium? is it possible to change and if yes how?
if we extend the setup further for positional trading what settings(parameters) would you recommend for daily and weekly set up?this should help us in selecting stocks for day trading also

Things were very much clear cut on 06.09.2011. No complications like 5th Sep.

A. Trend was down on HTF as per WMA/SMA position. We got a CCI regular short trigger on close of 10:00 AM bar. ISL for this trade was 2 pts above 9:55 swing high 4978.75).

B. TSL 1 hit for trade A. Small profit on this trade. STS on HTF is OS but we have not got the reversal long trigger yet.

C. Reversal long triggered. ISL 2 pts below the 11:40 bar swing low of 4934.15.

D / E : One could have exited trades here and then re-entered on regular long signals. Ideally just TSL should be moved. But I am not against taking profits when there is big opportunity.

NF is hovering around the BULL level....as always BULL-R1 range is a major sup/res area. Below BULL we have trouble, NF can go down to test BEAR-S1 levels. Above BULL we have a chance of moving up, above R1 we may get a fast up move.

Dear STJi,

In rules we have not mentioned any where the role of Ichart levels..

Then why to mentioned those and create bias mind..either add them in rules or let's not involve them...let it be mechanical system till guys adopt and understand the market mechanism
