It was not a valid reversal long as STS was not OS on HTF. But it was an "early entry" (early regular long entry). I am not sure I have added this to the rules yet but I have explained it few times.
Early regular long entry : WMA has not crossed above SMA but we get a close above a swing high that is above both moving averages.
