ONLY NIFTY...
OPTION WRITING STRATEGY...
IT IS BASED ON CHART READING WITH EMA ( EXPONENTIAL MOVING AVERAGE ) WITH TWO DIFFERENT TIME FRAMES.
I AM CONSIDERING 34 EMA ON 15 MINUTES & 120 MINUTES.
HOW TO BUILD OPTION WRITING STRATEGY ?
1 ) SELL PUT & EXIT FOR SELL POSITION OF CALL ( IF ANY ) WHEN CLOSE PRICE AS PER 15 MIN & 120 MINS ARE ABOVE 34 EMA ( BOTH THE TIME FRAME IS GIVING BUY SIGNAL )
2 ) SELL CALL, IF CLOSE PRICE AS PER 15 MIN IS BELOW 34 EMA BUT CLOSE PRICE AS PER 120 MINS IS STILL ABOVE 34 EMA. ( HERE IT WILL BE HEDGE POSITION AS WE WILL HOLD SHORT POSITION IN CALL AS WELL AS PUT )
3 ) SELL CALL & EXIT FROM SELL POSITION OF PUT ( IF ANY ), WHEN CLOSE PRICE AS PER 15 MIN & 120 MINS ARE BELOW 34 EMA ( BOTH THE TIME FRAME IS GIVING SELL SIGNAL )
4 ) SELL PUT, IF CLOSE PRICE AS PER 15 MIN IS ABOVE 34 EMA BUT CLOSE PRICE AS PER 120 MINS IS STILL BELOW 34 EMA. ( HERE IT WILL BE HEDGE POSITION AS WE WILL HOLD SHORT POSITION IN CALL AS WELL AS PUT )
PLEASE PUT YOUR SUGGESTIONS & QUERIES TO IMPROVE IT...

Nitin: I dont understand. Do u mean we should open 2 screens of ICharts Options Chart side by side?: one with 15 min TF and one with 120 min TF and keep comparing how the 2 react with 34 EMA ? Please clarify Regards Prakash Holla |

Nitin: Let me suggest something easier than manual entry!
Open ICharts, log on, start J C Options, press centre button (upper right hand side) and manually size to half the screen, minimise
Open one more webpage, go to ICharts, JC Options, same middle button and HEY you have 2 options screens open at same time. Make one 120 TF and one 15 TF. Let us know results of options trdg with this strategy as I am also doing options and always open to new profitable strategy!!! regards prakash holla |
