hi forum ,
This is my idea to look at stock selection for intraday.
POST MARKET
FOR LONGS
(1)PICK STOCKS WHERE ADX(14)>30 AND RSI(14) >70
(2)FROM (1) FILTER STOCKS WITH PRICE BAND OF 20% FOR NEXT DAY
(3) THREE MONTHS % GAIN FOR THE STOCK SHOULD BE GREATER THAN 25%
FOR SHORTS
(1)PICK STOCKS WHERE ADX(14)>30 AND RSI(14) <30>70 (BULL) AND RSI<30>70 (BULL) AND RSI<30 (BEAR) MAKES SURE THE STOCK IS IN GOOD MOMENTUM IN CURRRENT TREND
3)FOR A STOCK BULLISH/BEARISH IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO MOVE HIGHER/LOWER EVERY DAY.SO A (+/-) 5% FILTER HELPS TO FILTER STOCKS THE TREND FOR THE DAY
