I am using 3 EMA Vs 34 EMA Crossover for Nifty. Though only 2 months but it is very reliable and hassle free . I believe it is the method Rahul is talking about.

In 2010 I use to follow 14/206 on 5 minute (14/6 & 206/6 = 3 by 34 on 30 minute chart) method on MiNifty. I was new in the market that time. Usually I entered the market in consolidation and when frustrated used to get out, and then when trend came in market I use to be out of market because of frustration. This went on for 1 year and finally I left this strategy.

Now after 4-5 years in market I realized that at that time I was following a method which was very good at least it suited my profile. I again started this method from the start of 2015 and will follow this. For me this is one of the best strategy but to reap the benefit money management should also come into play. Now I am applying the same method but using Stock Future to trade instead of Nifty.

And one more thing this method works wonder on Natural Gas. I back tested this on Natural gas for past 4-5 month and it have multiplied the initial investment into 5 times.
My Money Management is simple now. I take position in the market after 2 continuous loss. I will enter the market on the 3rd signal. Now if the investment is doubled or I have money to buy the second lot, I will again wait for two consecutive losses and then increase to second lot provided there is enough margin money. Once lot increased it have to cross the initial Margin Money amount(High) and then two consecutive loss to increase the lot.

Lets see what happens in future.

Dear sir,
im trying to plot 206 in 5min chart ut its coming as some error kindly help which EMA to plot for that strategy. Very Happy

If you want to follow better use 3 ema by 34 ema crossover on 30 minute chart. It is same as 206 on 5 minute chart. You will get more time to be away from screen.
But please don't discuss this strategy on this forum as this is to discuss the strategy on CRUDEOIL. Better to stick to the strategy mentioned here and discuss that only.

just wanna share a thing that showed on tv program a debate based on unwanted liability vs basic wants based liability.a person gets credit cards from several banks>buys gold ornaments using cards>mortgages them>using the cash trades commodity>losses everything>while driving a card payment call comes he attends the call bike accident dies on spot.

shocked to see such stupidity.

is this lack of knolwedege or strategy?sorry if anything wrong. Shocked

I have done that in the past with top reputed State jewellers. Didn't know it was wrong. Shall be careful. Wonder why they or how they allowed. It was more than a year back.
