yes u r correct,but how to avoid situation like this ,or we can say all trades donot go as per our strategy.Normaly 70% to 80% strike is supposed to be good performance of system,ur comments pl, and i think strike rate of this system is more than that

these situations can not be avoided in any system, you just have to be cool and follow the system no matter what. because you have backtested it right and you believe in it. Mr. Green

. as far as strike rate is concerned 40% strike rate is also good provided the RR ratio is good Smile

replyab, today, 1st long trade had achvd t1 of 15 pts after that for 2nd lot, tsl at cost trgd, 2nd short trade is a loss, but u managed to square off only with 8 pts loss. u r lucky. i think, ur today's net loss is only 9 pts( if u r trading with 2 lots); this is, i think not at all a big loss.( 4.5 pts net loss per lot) consider the big pft we made in oct'12( more than 250 pts per lot). hope, we will make good pts in coming days. (today also i failed to trade for personal work)
