the nifty +ww you have posted seems invalid bcuz the lines 1-3 isnt meeting the absolute lows of wicks, they and if you correct them that line and 2-4 are diverging instead of converging

Dear apka,

I am sure, its correct.see 1 week before Vinay uploaded this pdf.
when i read this pdf,

I get 1 more advantage rule about 2-4 meet lines in wolf wave.
Wolf wave rule is valid when 2-4 lines if its diverging too.

Shocked I uploaded? when? I must have been asleep then. Smile

I didn't upload any file. Anyway, the birth of wolfe's ww happens in a wedge only. diverging lines rarely give the full target, if it at all they are successful to any extent. bill wolfe's theory has been "described" by too many people in the west with different interpretations.

in any case, welgro, I am pleased to know that you read my posts! Smile

Sorry, Vinay, AJ

No point in picking holes in his patterns, particularly wolfes and he wont admit it either. Thats why I didnt post anything even after noticing it.

If you check, most of the wolfe patterns posted by him in IC, are either wrong even as per basic rules OR wrongly charted.

Trend line types :-

Quote:
Trendlines come in three flavors: external, internal, and curved.

“Why would someone want to use that?” Jake asked and pushed his
reading glasses higher on his nose.

One technical analyst argues that the line better represents the trading
behavior of the masses, whereas external trend lines show the behavior
of just a few traders, the ones that traded at the price extremes.

Most chartists use external trend lines, especially when drawing chart
patterns, and that is my personal preference. Sometimes I’ll use an internal trendline to highlight a trend better, especially an unusually long one,
or a chart pattern with a few price outliers.

sir
one major problem in market is how to get optimum profit
sometime we book early profit. where as sometime in lieu of more profit we get trap and have to close trade with loss

of course our set up gives us proper entry and stop loss point. But on profit side we are emotional traders.
so, pl. give some guidelines so that we can manage our trade efficiently and specially protect profit..

Dear anand, every one facing the same problem. We need to accept the apocryphal movements.

See i took nifty short position at 7715 level(8th july 2014). Booked 50% qty at 7500 level (10th july 2014).Once i has booked 50% qty then i changed my trail stoploss at cost. at the same day triggered my trail stoploss. All position closed...But...

now see nifty trades around 7465 level,But i am siting in sideline without any position,
waiting for next entry (as per my trading strategy). So i don't have answer about your question. Rolling Eyes
