Im still learning how to use levels
Pls help me with the levels:
#if we have to trade the pre-market levels as provided by you and consider the short strategy
Sell below 5008 sl 5046 tgt 4994/4946/4912

we will find that nifty could not even cross 4985-90 decisively sustain longer and barely reached the high of 4995.60 for a short duration.
In such circumstance when will you take the decision of going short keeping in mind the volatility we saw in the range of 4985 to 4960.
*Nifty made several attempts to cross 4985 and also break down below 4960. it was finally in the last 1 hr that it broke below 4960.

Hi Amit,
If the sell levels do not come then we have no trade. If you are a compulsive trader then you can consider the first target on both sides as the breakout and breakdown levels. That is what exactly happened today. It opened below the first target and made a high of 4995.50. Our level was 4994. However the actual stop loss will be the same, but if you want a tight stop loss then the entry level will become the stoploss which was 5008.

On the Nifty Spot we have an Inside Day. Today Nifty crossing 4998 triggers a Buy and stop loss for this will be 4943 ( all spot levels ).
Normally an Inside day at the end of a trend signifies a trend reversal.
