Hi All,
We are approaching the end of March and it is important to revisit our KISS strategy based on Weekly Charts and see if we have made profit or loss by keeping our analysis simple.

Weekly Nifty Chart Analysis posted on 21st February 2010

Accordingly we went long the next day on 22nd February at 4860 with a stop & reverse at 4673 for initial target of 5001 and final target of 5310.
Present Status: First target achieved on 26th February 2010 and now we are nearing second target. Please bring trailing stop loss now to 5200 for this trade. Total profit in this trade so far is 400 points.

According to this chart on 15th March 2010 we took fresh long positions in Nifty at 5125 with a stop loss of 5092.
Present Status: This trade is giving us now 150 points profit. Please bring trailing stop loss now to 5120

Hi All,

Looking at the Weekly chart Fridays closing of 5262.80 is the highest closing from the last 52 weeks. Where do we go from here. KISS says remain Long till closing is above 5255 and reverse/go short on Nifty closing below 5250.

Hi All,
From the high of January 2008 to the low of October 2008 the 75% regular retracement is at around 5330-50 levels.
For next week watch the simple trend line also supporting this move at 5322 level.
Startegy is to remain long as long as Nifty closes above 5249 and to reverse postion if it closes below 5249.
A contra stand will be to short Nifty at 5330/50 levels with a stop loss of 5400.

Nifty hs shown a breakdown and possible target is around 5003. Stop loss for this will be 5190 on closing basis.

5003/5030 levels is the 144 day EMA. Had to take support here atleast for once
