Hi sdeepa
Thanks for showing dedication to test this strategy. And you are also right trigger price is changing with change of EMA. Before investing in this strategy, I gave importance to some important points. Like - how to be invested in Nifty without panic, fear, greed and get regular profits. Time frame of this strategy is one year. Always have to remain invested in nifty either short or long. I am using this strategy since March 2009, but before investing, I tested various EMAs ranging from 5 Days EMA and 26 Days EMA for last three months i.e. December 2008 to February 2009, and at that time 12 Days EMA gave best results. So I am using 12 Days EMA figure as trigger price. This trigger price is for Nifty Future Prices and Not Nifty Spot levels. However, I have noticed there may be a difference of 1-2 points in 12 Days EMAs as difference softwares give such difference. But that difference does not make any significant importance. You may use another EMA level near to 12 Days EMA for this strategy, but the rule is whatever level you use, use the same for entire one year or so and never change the levels in between. Whatever levels of volatility or movement or prices may be in Nifty Future, You have to be invested in it according to EMA trigger prices. Better results will be seen after one year and my view is of minimum 1000 points in a year by using this plan.
Thanks |

Sell Nifty Future at 5128 on 04/01/2010. If Nifty Future reaches at 5128, place stop loss of 5178. The stop loss is valid for 04/01/2010 only.
As I have disclosed in my previous post how I am calculating the trigger price, you can also calculate on the basis of 12 Days EMA. But go through all the rules of the game and follow them strictly for ensured profits.
Thanks |

Anyone Long in Nifty Future (January Series) at 5223 level given two days back? If yes, hold it till trigger price for short being given on the basis of 12 Days EMA. If long with 1 lot, go short for two lots, one to square-off long position and one to create fresh short position. |

Dear hansraj,
I am long at NF 5223 level. What should be the Sl for this long position .
1. Is it 5178 ? (because of 50 point SL rule)
2. Is it 5128 Only?
Please clarify...

Hi Amit
Your SL for next trading day is 5128 which is 12 days ema (Jan Nifty Future) on the basis of closing on 31st Dec.2009. So on next trading day i.e. 04.01.2010 if you are long 1 lot of nifty at 5223, you will place bid for trigger price of 5128 for two lots, 1 lot to exit long position and 1 for creating a fresh short position. If 5128 level triggers on 04.01.2010, only then place SL of 5178 for two lots for long on 04.01.2010 only. |

Hi jyothil
Trading on intraday is more complicated as compared to other plans detailed by me. I am trying on 6-7 indicators and also mixture of options and future. Until I am successful and sure, I will not disclose this strategy and please wait for few days. I will let u know at this forum in future. However, you can go ahead with hedging as well as swing trading suggested at this forum.
Thanks |

HansRaj, you have put together in a simple way an effective strategy. It is a off shoot from PSAR, you are always long or short. As you are so methodicals can you check with PSAR on different time frame and find what is most effective. Thank You. |
