General comments

Posted yesterday also no trade as many would have whipsawed today as well

7250 should hold this month - I have sold 7300 put today at end

Gann price time square has happened already...... Nifty cannot be sideways now if breaks 7250...... 6800 would come in no time... Forgetting 7100 etc or any other level therefore.......irrespective of any harmonic target.....

As mentioned elsewhere current long term C wave ended 5119....

If 7200 goes, then new C shall be formed little lower. Followed by ferocious bull in terms of price

BUT time always more important than price

So for that can't say STILL whether grind will continue for 2-3 years or this would be the end.........

While it is better to trade Option on sell side in week befor expiry, NS levels are below

WEEK 12 : trade 6 below ( current strike rate 5/5)

Short 7026/7053
stop 7110 ( system) or 7075 ( analysis)
Target 6996 (analysis) / 6981 (system) / 6951 (system)

Result calc to be based on future trades posted above

( or selling feb 6900 call 168 , stop 198...... Remember to Reenter below 192 if SL hits goes to and above 213 ) target 139/ 123/ 108... It opens and sustains above 168 for first 15 mins no trade till 163 goes. Trade 3 lots.

This is level based on closings. Not for trade but analysis since cannot update live based on changes in IVs etc.... Expect fall in IVs for next two weeks.

It was most interesting week. Shall update later.
System worked in itself

- trade posted below did not trigger on first instance since moved above stop level on opening

- reversal trade did meet target on bull side ( did not trade as mentioned earlier in thread as well since want perfection in such system and max probability ratio given limited RR

- sell trigger in. Mid week worked and gave the first target 6981 ( did not trade since the bull reversal had kicked and it was coming back)

- again buy reversal would have worked for same level or point target ( but did not trade)

So watch mode.

Considering the above while strictly one trade posted gave the results not adding any points on conservative basis

NS likely to top out at 7600 levels
Or move to 7740-7840

Then fall to 7250 ...... Don't know whether 7740/7840 shall be hit but 7250 should be hit again

On monthly forewarning that we may have sideways ranges - NOTE this comment for next few months ..... Between 6400-8100 and not moving beyond IT for many many months

This is based on longer trendline violation and longer action between no of months in uptrend, downtrend - witnessed already and so now sideways pending
