Yeh, for 2-3 weeks atleast it will be stock specific -- more like stocks in group from the same industry. Weekly basis 11425-450 closing level is important in July and 11350 for July calender month.

11600-30 has become resistance, need to see if we can cross it and sustain.

Monthly Expiry is 2 weeks away. Still, Nifty Future is about 10 point discount to spot, BankNifty Future too is trading in minor discount. What does it mean? Lower levels from here?

Actually its been happening since last 2-3 months. Month starts with premium then premium goes flat. And both times nifty was stuck in a 200-400 points range. Except for that quick fall to 11111 and back up in 2 days after exit poll.

This is sideways / consolidation phase. No particular short term trend , hence the flat premium.

It also might have to do with the introduction of weekly nifty expiry but that we will know if break down happens or we make new high.

Besides that VIX has dropped to 12 ... whih means low premiums in options that also coincides with future being flat. There isn't going to be any major fall with such low VIX.

In hindi ill put it as nifty abhi ghasdega.

Took 11600cr before closing.. OI dropped from 30 to 20 lakhs.. writers covered their position.. if we cross 11640 then 11720 likely.
