Thanks for your comments. I appreciate. I checked NOCIL last year and added it in my watchlist on 20th October 2016. Was waiting since then for the indication that assures me to go ahead.
I'm very precise in my selections. If what I say turns out wrong I take it as an embarrassment and an insult to my own intelligence. E.g. post demonetization I let the figure 7600 enter my mind as a possibility even though I was confident about 7900-7950 remaining intact (mentioned somewhere in this thread).
So, I can promise one thing, that whatever stock or Nifty level I post will be free of any outside recommendation / influence or the games of fear & denial that the mind plays. |

check out my thread "simple strategy for investment" from last year or 2015. Can't locate it myself. And see list of shares posted there a number of times and their charts since then. |

No, I haven't kept any. If I feel something has changed as per me then I will update. If you want to keep one, then identify the maximum loss you are willing to bear and accordingly adjust the SL level / QTY you buy. |

From next month price of natural gas will fall from $3.06 per mmBtu (million British thermal unit) to an estimated $2.5 to $2.7, benefitting Indraprastha Gas and Mahanagar Gas
MGL is the exclusive gas distributor in Mumbai. Its business model is similar to that of Indraprastha Gas. Good return ratio,free cash flow, dividend paying, growing volumes coupled with it looking to bid for new cities coming up for gas distribution makes it a healthy bet for long term just like indraprastha turned out to be. |
Had posted MGL in another thread on 30th Sept 2016... From 655 now CMP 885... 35% up in 4 months.
Custom duty has been halved to 2.5% on import of LNG as announced in Budget. Clear indication that govt intents to have import of this cleaner energy resource increased. Looks like a solid long term bet.

About 10% upside so far in 25 days... cmp 80... Has moved up today with good volumes.
It's 52 week high is 82-83. And one long term hurdle is standing between 83-84. If it happens to break it in this month, it will give the expected returns in short term. |

I'll give one more stock its called Merck Ltd cmp 720. It's a pharma company. My reasonings might not make sense to others. But many good pharma stocks have run up too high for their potential and I think Merck has a lot of steam and it will show in coming years.

How many individuals with no institutional connections can pick a high priced pharma stock that gives 55% returns in 4 months.
720 -> 1118 high today so far... booya! |

DHFL 280 -> 365+ ... 30% up in short term
NOCIL 73 -> 90+ ... 23% up in short term
ZF Steering 1215 -> 1449 high today.. But closed negative near 1355.
PGIL is a let down, 35% down overall. I'm unsure why it is trading so low compared to it's book value.
One stock missed badly, IVP Ltd... meant to enter it near 120 .. now it's 180 in short term. overlooked and forgot about it. |
