Why our markets not seen Big sell off. Is India will get benefit from Trade
War between US & China.??

| 26250 4th time saved on closing basis and earlier so of 26200 level worked.. now 26650 will come today or tomorrow |

Kyunki dhandha hai yeh par ganda hai yeh
Hand send closed just above fevs low yesterday, Dow closed anobe important level 24650.. and banknifty 26200 didn't breaches and 4th time 26250 was saved on closing basis... But that don't necessarily mean upside resumed.
It's just trading for levels now. Incase we have a weekly close above 10830 and 26750.. then new high coming |

NF 10900 and BNF 26880 by or before coming Monday
Cmp 10766 and 26495.

Will update about ttm tommorow seeing weekly close...
Traded 26500ce 75-> 102 ...nice +ww was visible there on 30tf.. again trading from mobile ans out so couldn't post quick enough here.
Will try to give another trade based on options data after 2.30 |

Msg posted June 19 1.40pm... that time Psu banknifty was at 2970.. today low 2908... Sbin 273 -> 268 low today... Both on the way. |

| Banknifty swayed exactly between technical resistance and support today... Holding 450 and almost touching 700.. tommorow whether today's high is broken or not and weekly closing happens then will decide for next week. |

See below:
Dow is around 2000 points down from all time high that's about -7.5%
Snp 500 is about 100 points down from all time high that's about -3.5%
And NASDAQ made another 52 week high
Total disparity in investing within the US markets itself!!
Today hang seng breached February's lowest close (2which held multiple times earlier). Since Hong Kong forms part of China the trade war tension affects it also.
How trade war will affect in totality no one can say for sure. But certain things like China supplies and assembles electronics to US and many other countries. Biggest iPhone consumer / buyer is China. And electronic parts that China imports comes twaiwan, soth Korea, other East Asian countries. Electronics is one of the things in list to apply higher impot tarrif / penalty by US.
It opens market for India and others to manufacture and export the void that will be l ft by China? Yes ... But we don't have the matchhing manufacturing output capacity or speed.
Now China holds the 2nd largest US Treasury bond yields in the world after the US Fed Reserve.. so technically they also have a lot in hand to counter back.
If Trump employs all that he is saying then China's economy which is running around 6.5% will fall off near 5% since it will be expected that higher prices would.meam lesser demand for chinas products.
China can lessen import of US crude oil and look elsewhere... But US can't export the amount of crude it to does to China to any other country. The demand is such high from China.
Lot of factors in play. Not one thing will decide and effect. We will come to know as decisions are taken and unfold. |
