Added 26300pe @ 9.. total whichever sie exceeds 40 will be gain. |

Wasted day.
Karnataka budget announces ₹34000 crore farm loan waiver, increase in taxes on fuel.... And proposal to waive upto 2 lakh crore
This can't be good for banks especially psu ones. |

Last week not been good judgement wise.. July downwards trade SL 10815 earlier given is broken. And SGX near 10900
If 10900 crosses and banknifty 26900
And fut gains strength / premium (does not discount).. expect sharp rally.
I myself forgot I had written last month new high coming in july-aug , should have stuck to that.  |

Just a word to those who maybe skeptical of a new high seeing the economic conditions, NPAs etc... Was 2014 any different? Nobody believed, that time also.. A cup n handle pattern was formed betwreen 2011-2013... Went unobserved mostly... this time identified by many..... Dec 2013 nifty and banknifty broke all time high by few points and retreatrd.. from jan-apr 2014 nifty consolidated above 6000, did not breakb or closinf below this level even once
And same pattern cup n handle formed but a shorter one in 6 months... Dollar was near 60 then from 48 it depreciated 25% in 6 months.. gdp continuous falling, back to back scams, files being lost, fire in mantralya where docs were... NPAs were a concern then also...Nobody believed that time...
Reason I'm saying is because some people might be repeating to themselves trying to reassure on seeing economic things... That is what made people miss out in 2014 also... if you keep repeating to yourself not possible like then, you may miss the breakout because it will be fast and furious. Just let us go up and break 11100 ... Then 11750 sureshot.. |

| Just to add like back then, Mid April - Mid July almost nifty we has not broken the level of 10465 on closing basis. So why not possible.. let's see, hope for the best. |

Agreed......wrt to psychology....but
The only telling tale is the divergence in broader market ....
And another is that interest rates fall or precede the boom....today global bond markets are and shall be bearish for next few years....wil equities have a positive correlation...even in India
And commodities taking a breather...for few weeks....aiding the spurt.....let the bull run reinstate and equities may falter a bit......
Not relevant the above economic analysis to ,trading for individuals , but only funds and funds of funds.....

SEE NIFTY IN MONTHLY CHART. A MONTHLY CLOSE BELOW 10890 IN NIFTY WILL LEAD NIFTY DOWNWARDS.
I THINK FROM NEXT MONTH NIFTY WILL START MOVING DOWNWARDS |
