Can you suggest how you choose / decide which Futures contract OHLC Volume and Turnover levels to pick ? also how do you decide the switchover from latest to expire contract to the next one ??

sir i yesteray i have downloaded xl formula of JT trading and fed banknifty OHLC levels. the levels are as mentioned below:
Open High Low Close
15346.00 15363.00 15006.00 15122.00
SAR BD S1 Buy Above "Position
Indicator" Sell Below R1 BO
15184.50 14827.50 14937.81 15074.19 15184.50 15294.81 15431.19 15541.50
position indicator (15184.5) is red. so we have to sell below this price with stoploss 2 points above this?
the system is showing sell below 15296.81 and buy above 15074. where to sell? is it 15184 or 15294? what are SAR, BD and BO levels? iam new to trading and chat.

| amit, u can take JT's excel sheets from here... i use a mixture of JT's levels and the level given by a fren...

From where can i copy/pest in the columns total contract & no, of turnover to obtain monthly SAR.
