NIFTY PE CLOSE @25.42 ON 14/07/2017. IN THE YEAR 2000 & 2008 HIGH PE WAS ABOVE 28 THEN IT WAS CRASH AS SHOWN IN CHART.

Answer:
No
Market at 10000-10100 and market at 10700 is quite a difference
10250 will be touched since
As per your drawing you have not drawn parallel lines
Either from 6300 point initial in your chart as top channel line
Or
Next (lower) high in your start ( point not marked) which may be first swing high after nifty low ( formed after 6300)
As per rules, when the "corrective rise enclosed in a channel is over, the high should be breached above channel high and then it falls within channel
So expect at least 10250 straight....
It's easy to call it ends due to euphoria possible just after it touches 100000..... As technicians would like to believe |

Now 9820 -9790 is support

We have taken shorts in nf @9917 and booked part @9867nf. Rest stop 9910nf.
We have taken 10000pe @95 and booked part @140 rest stop @120.
