Will need time to understand the functions. One point to note is how is it related to only Oct month. Didnt get much time to go through in detail |

As I can considered Open Interest Data of October month, it will be valid for the current month only. If I get good response to it, I can post the required file every month.
I am not tips provider or software seller. I am a small investor.

it is very easy to operate..
1) connect to internet
2) open excel file
3) click on "OPTIONS"which appears on Security Warning above excel file.
4) click on "enable this contents"
After this, excel file will upload Open Interest Data of Nifty from www.nseindia.com and with the help of formulas set by me, it will give idea about trend of NIFTY.
TAKE YOUR OWN DECISION.. I AM STILL IN LEARNING STAGE.

| ndpotade, thanks, as per your instructions I tried and lo, its operating well and every minute or so, the figures of Downtrend / Uptrend keep changing!. Currently the upper section is showing Downtrend - while Nf is going up. If you could give some guidelines, particularly the lower part of calculation for previous day as well last bottom comparison, and how we can decide - will be helpful. Every few seconds the data is changing - great. Your HOW TO instructions will be of great help on how to decide Buy or Sell. |

I WILL TRY TO EXPLAIN THE LOGIC BEHIND EXCEL FILE WHICH HELP US TO KNOW THE TREND OF CALCULATOR.
IN NARROW RANGE, WE FIND FREQUENT CHANGES IN TREND AS PER FILE.

......Nitin bhai Namskar Mein Prashant.... 1QUESTION TO ASK U in excel file ANLYSIS u wrote only 2 call and put like 5200 and5100 & 4700-4800 put why only 2call\put strike price ple explain this...thanxs and realey its v nice v well done GOD BLESS U   |

AS I HAVE CONSIDERED ONLY 2 CALL & PUT WHERE THERE IS MAXIMUM OPEN INTEREST, THEREFORE YOU WILL FIND ONLY 2 CALL & PUT. I HAVE BACKTESTED IT FOR LAST 6 MONTHS DATA OF NIFTY FNO OI WHERE I CHECKED PERFORMANCE WITH ONLY 1 CALL & PUT, 2 CALL& PUTS & 3 CALL & PUTS AND FOUND 2 CALL/PUTS ARE MORE RELIABLE.
PLEASE GO THROUGH MY ANOTHER THREAD ABOUT STOCKS---

| nitin bhai.... in data ur systam says in add oi of put eg.. 5000 put oi add near 16 lac but u says bullish i think its bearish bec price of put decrese so some 1 writing not a long bildup ..so its not bullish bec put price gone down to 60 from 120 ...so its bearish with adding hugh open intrest... similer call oi unwiding so ple look aftar this |

FOR PUT DATA
IF PRICE IS GOING DOWN & OI IS GOING UP, THEN I HAVE CONSIDERED IT AS BULLISH & IF PRICE IS GOING UP & OI IS GOING UP, THEN IT IS BEARISH
FOR CALL DATA
