| I get a feeling that it made a new low just to confirm upmove. I could be wrong. 4980 and 4948 are not imposible but still they may not imply crash |

| Hi Guys .... as blogged the nifty spot went up 700 pts from 4700 and then distribution took place . It retraced 62% ( fib level) today and then climbed back. There could be a double dip but i guess 4990 is a safe bet for the bottom for this retrace. Dont u think? I see another about 700 pts from 4990 comin' up ! Be disciplined though ..... |

Yes Vinay target 5600..... they need to earn their bonuses. Today they made lots of people puke and offload, didnt they ? So it is time for a cheap wedding and then 5600 or thereabouts will be an expensive funeral. They will be back during Jan/feb/march and then crash it in April 2012.
But dont get carried away .... be disciplined. This time u earn the bonus ! |

| Yes it is always important to be cautious about 'predictions' and that's why one must keep his own discipline and monitor 'signals' that confirm or negate the projection... I do that all the time ... and as I wrote earlier ... be detached from the outcome and live in the 'NOW'. You saw the projection from 4700 to 5400 happening and the moves that confirmed the trend on fractals. Ditto for the next move... |

Vinodz ....Each trader/investor has his own set of beliefs... so I can tell you mine as they stand TODAY .....cant say if they will work for you (ie acceptance of these beliefs)
i need a mix of fundamental( catalysts) and technical signals.
Fundamentals are related to the 'big picture' about the market you are trading. ( use max 5 parameters) eg interest rates , GDP etc
Technicals are the usual suspects ... fib levels , fractals, some patterns and your favorite trend indicator .( max 5 parameters)
I like to keep it simple ... my brain tires easily ! |
