Fibonacci Moving Average Trading Method To Gain Monthly Profit of 200 points on an average.

Fibonacci Moving Average Has Given Buy at 5384 of February 28 and the market went high up to 5458. Currently, the market is trading at 5358 and we are still hold the long position.

By using this strategy in the Month of February 2012, we have gained 520 points, 1 lot and in January we have gained 120 points.

Total in two months, 640 points.

From March, I am going to place the entry and exit in this forum to share the calls and to make the citizens financially free.

March Entry Buy at 5384

Hare Krishna!

This trading system does not have stop loss and we have to trade like a robot with no prediction, it is like go along with the trade.

I use 62 EMA and 38 EMA in 30 minute chart. I buy and exit on each cross over and there is a rule that i will explain later on what basis we have to enter.

Keep monitoring the calls, the strategy is still in short, given at 5470 - Smile

Gopi bhai no stop loss Shocked ...that is a basic discipline in trading.... how do you manage downside risk then ?

38-62 crossover I understood but how is Fibo in all this ?

Oppo

Dear oppo,

Maybe because, 38.2 and 61.8 are fibo numbers.

thats good-- but we have to understand that this was one way rally from 4700--5600--

what is the result in trading n consolidation--- that has to be checked--and atleast 12 month back testing can prove it

Stop Loss is already designed in the Fibonacco number series, it will say to exit when the market is acting abnormally, so no worry about it.

Consolidration is a tricky where each and every trade will have a problem, we can easily avoid the trading on those situation if we apply the Golden rule, and I will reveal once we have more people involved in this discussion.
